Create your own world!
One of my first pieces I’ve made since I moved to Seattle, Washington.
At the edge of a clearing the four met at the spot of the fallen sky god. This was one of many meetings throughout the centuries where their combined powers was needed.

Here are 20 things riding 20 different things. Mount up and enjoy the ride!
I once saw a photograph on Facebook a couple years ago with a strong man in a swim suit pushing his friend in a wheelchair toting assault rifles and they were both happy and seemed to not have a care in the world. It was so strange and weird that of course I needed to draw it.
I based this drawing off of that. It morphed into a religious satire of this crazy world we currently are living in.
You can take it anyway you want…
Where shall you seek beauty, and how shall you find her unless she herself be your way and your guide?
And how shall you speak of her except she be the weaver of your speech?
The aggrieved and the injured say, “Beauty is kind and gentle.
Like a young mother half-shy of her own glory she walks among us.”
And the passionate say, “Nay, beauty is a thing of might and dread.
Like the tempest she shakes the earth beneath us and the sky above us.”
The tired and the weary say, “Beauty is of soft whisperings. She speaks in our spirit.
Her voice yields to our silences like a faint light that quivers in fear of the shadow.”
But the restless say, “We have heard her shouting among the mountains,
And with her cries came the sound of hoofs, and the beating of wings and the roaring of lions.”
At night the watchmen of the city say, “Beauty shall rise with the dawn from the east.”
And at noontide the toilers and the wayfarers say,
“We have seen her leaning over the earth from the windows of the sunset.”
In winter say the snow-bound, “She shall come with the spring leaping upon the hills.”
And in the summer heat the reapers say,
“We have seen her dancing with the autumn leaves,
and we saw a drift of snow in her hair.”
All these things have you said of beauty,
Yet in truth you spoke not of her but of needs unsatisfied,
And beauty is not a need but an ecstasy.
It is not a mouth thirsting nor an empty hand stretched forth,
But rather a heart enflamed and a soul enchanted.
It is not the image you would see nor the song you would hear,
But rather an image you see though you close your eyes and a song you hear though you shut your ears.
It is not the sap within the furrowed bark, nor a wing attached to a claw,
But rather a garden for ever in bloom and a flock of angels for ever in flight.
People of Orphalese, beauty is life when life unveils her holy face.
But you are life and you are the veil.
Beauty is eternity gazing at itself in a mirror.
But you are eternity and you are the mirror.

This is a true symbiotic relationship. This Stegosaurus gets to munch all day and do what a normal gigantic lizard does while the farmer gets to bring his harvest into the local market. This dinosaur has been a member of this farm for more than 5 generations. How I miss the good ol’ days when men were men and dinosaurs were farming equipment.
I drew this on Memorial Day. It was a stormy one and I ended up staying in on a day off. I was originally going to draw Austin Powers riding a Tyrannosaurus from a photo I had taken. Instead this came to life and I could not be more happy. I would love if this inspires someone to write a short story inspired by this. If it does, I would love if you shared it with me.
Here is the picture I took that started this for me. Can you see the similarities?
Here are some tacky lamps I have been putting together to kill some time and keep my mind busy. These have been fun and I can see me making a bunch more. If you like any of them, message me at briddlebarger@gmail.com and let me know what you want and what not. I like them but I can see why they wouldn’t be for everyone 😉
I will post more as I make them. If this inspires you to make some please drop me a line and let me see what you’ve made. Cheers!
Keep creating everyone!
